This skill is passive and only benefits the owner. Any spores after the first will cost energy as usual.
Once the Constipaspore Serum is done, this can be quite useful as it means an extra 4 
per day.
Fertile + Phagocyte can be used to imitate eating a ration, creating the spore will make you dirty but you could make it look like you got dirty eating
Notes
- If extracted spores before picking fertile free spore for the day is lost.
