The Space Capsule can be a result of gathering scrap after a Hunter battle using the Pasiphae. It is an extra source of resources and blueprint components and costs 1 to open.

The Space Capsule often contains one of the following items:

• Oxygen Capsule
• Fuel Capsule
• Scrap Metal
• Plastic Scraps

As Fuel and Oxygen cannot be dropped, it is good to have a full inventory when opening Space Capsules, so those resources will appear on the shelf, to be picked up by anyone, rather than in your inventory.
