Metalworker
Description:	As an experienced technician, terrence can sometimes spot structurally superficial metal parts in the hull, and put them to a better use. Gives a chance to find one Scrap Metal in each storage room.

The french Wiki is not particularily clear on this one, but it says you get a 75% chance for a 0 action. I suppose this can only be done once a day, at most. Probably once per storage room for the entire game, which would yield 4 scrap on average.
