Robotics Expert
Description:	The Robotics Expert can create and operate drones in any way they see fit. Starts out with a drone plan. Can upgrade drones. Bonus for developing certain NERON projects.

This would be Terrence's signature skill if Technician wasn't so darn useful. Allows four different upgrades that give additional utility to everyone's favourite robotic slaves.
