Arguably the core Gioele skill besides 
Paranoid, being a Caffeine Junkie doubles the 
gain of coffee to 4 per cup.
The coffee machine initially refills at Cycle 1, and the NERON project Fission Coffee Roaster causes it to refill at Cycle 4 as well.
However, repairing the PILGRED Reactor causes the machine to refill on every cycle. That means up to eight units of Coffee per day, for a total of 32 , which turns Gio into the ultimate late-game generalist on longer lasting ships.
