Plastic Scraps are used while assembling a number of 
Blueprints.
They are usually rather useless compared to 
Scrap Metal, since they cannot be used to repair the 
hull, Patrol Ships, or to build the 
Swedish Sofa.

Sniper's Helmet (needs 1)
Support Drone (needs 1)
EchoLocator (needs 1)
