COMMANDER CLARIFICATION NEEDED - If the commander is killed AFTER issuing a mission and a new commander assigned, can the new commander issue another mission or is limited to one mission per day? Basically, is it locked to the Title, or to the Character

Communications Officer, Comms Officer, or Comms Manager?

I'm using Ctrl-W and not 100% sure how it is changing the UI, but when I click on Paola and check out her title, it says "Comms Manager". When I checked out NERON's title announcement it also calls her the Comms Manager, but when a rebel signal comes in it calls her a "Comms Officer".
