Generates free for the crew and should be consumed by an -starved crew member whenever possible. 
Gioele can use the 
Caffeine Junkie skill to double the gain from Coffee, so his caffeine consumption should take priority.
The Coffee Machine needs to recharge after use. Initially it refills daily on Cycle 1, but the NERON Project Fission Coffee Roaster adds a bonus refill on Cycle 4.
Bug: After the PILGRED Reactor is fixed, Coffee should be available available during cycles 3, 5 and 7, but currently it refills every cycle, meaning the crew can access a total of 16 to 32 a day.
