A skill which gives you a 50% chance to gain 1 Action Point after each failed action. Obviously most effective with cheaper tasks that have a high chance to fail, like shooting turrets, repairing equipment, or extinguishing fires.

As such, it definitely outshines Roland's Icon Firefighter ability, as it is a lot more useful all around, and will also come in handy to make his main job more efficient.

Icon Stephen can probably make the most of it when he uses Icon Apprentice (or a book) to become a Icon Technician. Thogh it is also a helpful in combat, especially in combination with Icon Solid.
