Wording
The opening section, while descriptive and awesome, could really use shortening; there is much extrapolation and flowery speech that could be condensed to be more practical and to-the-point. In addition, the original opening paragraph described the way that "diseases", "disorders" and "injuries" do not represent in-game jargon, but are rather community-invented words, which is missing from this incarnation.
Also, the nature of each type of illness has already been described in each category's opening statement; I'm not sure if this needs to be repeated in the introductory section. —

So should I take out the repeated stuff or not? --Franfran2424, 5 April 2018
Illnesses caused by death
Do we really need the distinction between "witnessing death" and actively "killing someone"? -Vio (talk) 16:23, 11 May 2014 (MDT)
- Please create new sections when opening a new discussion thread. And no, I don't think we do. —

I think this was already done, should I erase this discussion, or leave it so nobody ever falls in the same doubt? --Franfran2424, 5 April 2018
Missing Finger is missing
Obtained from blaster misfire; In game text says "You can only count on four fingers on that hand" In game effect is similar to broken finger but worse; all actions cost +1 AP, even normally free actions.. I suspect that it is more severe and cannot be fixed with surgery.

3rd degree burns over 90% of your body
Maybe it was not working for the Human, or now it's was fixed, but Mush may die if he becomes dirty (for example, extract spore). The funny thing is that Mush will die from sepsis. Alfacom (talk) 08:46, 14 May 2015 (MDT)
Humans die from it too. Whatever it was, this discussion is closed --Franfran2424 (talk) 16:14, 1 April 2020 (UTC)
Getting illness from passing by dirty people
Just got Skin Inflammation after changing rooms. The room I came from had a dirty inactive idling there.
That could be an infection. You can get a disease from infectious person in the same room. --Innokentiy (talk) 18:35, 23 March 2017 (MDT)
This is why a paragraph of "there's a slim chance to get an illness by passing over sick people" exists? If it's different, may we erase it from the discussion? --Franfran2424,5 April 2018
Spleen
I had it for several cycles (got after whitnessed death) and it really dissapeared on cycle change. Can confirm with screenshot but have no idea where I should post it.--FearChild (talk) 18:13, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
Post it on gyazo or upload it here, please --Franfran2424 (talk) 16:14, 1 April 2020 (UTC)

Injuries: Difference between Missing an attack and Attacking
Unless there's a chance of a succesful attack (damages target) that also injures the one attacking, the two groups seem to be the same. So discussion is opened, have you had this situation of attacking the target succesfully but injuring yourself, or can you injure yourself only by missing an attack? --Franfran2424 (talk) 10:11, 4 April 2020 (UTC)
