The Patuline Scrambler is a research project that is undertaken in the Laboratory.
The description says that the "mush can no longer communicate on the Mush channel" however the actual effect is a bit different.
Patuline Scrambler Effects.
1. Any communication over the mush channel is scrambled (image provided). Non-latin alphabet posts become entirely empty
2. Mush players may not use the Walkie Talkie to start private channels with other mush players.
