Arguably the core Gioele skill, taking this skill doubles the 
gain of coffee to 4 . The coffee machine initially refills at Cycle 1, but the NERON project Fission Coffee Roaster causes it to refill at Cycle 4 as well. Repairing the PILGRED Reactor causes the machine to refill on every cycle. That's eight units of Coffee for a total of 32 per day.
