This basically functions the same as the Adjustable Wrench, improving repair and dismantling success rate by 50% of the base chance.

The effect stacks with that of the Adjustable Wrench and of others Alien Bottle Openers. Each of these items increase repair chance for 50% one after another. So if you repair Oxygen Tank with both the Adjustable Wrench and Alien Bottle Opener equipped, you'll get ((25% base)*0.50)*0.50 = 56,25% chance.
