The Hacker Kit allows the user to force access to the Command Terminal or BIOS Terminal at a cost of 2 
. Also allows you to hack your own

iTrakie (Which is complete nosense).
The base success chance is 25%, doubled to 50% for an 
IT Expert.
Note: This item is unique in that it will be dropped automatically when any crew member carrying it takes off in a small craft.
Confirm: It is possible to take it to a planet in the Icarus, however.
