Stephen`s RP against taking Diplomat or Polyvalent. You still can take this skills(Polyvalent really helpfull as for researching as for Comm. officer Stephen) but this is not Stephen`s style to solve problems by words.
Also, one of the Diplomat/Polyvalent effects is to avoid fightings, then he don't earn any glory then. The good thing should be Apprentice-Survivalist with Shooter and Solid (take a Blaster, the Rocker Launcher and the old faithful, then go rekt the aliens).
