Research Lab
 This equipment shows a terminal. Working on this terminal is more efficient in relays. Access may be restricted due to the Crew Lock BIOS Setting Interaction with this equipment may make you dirty. Some functionalities require you to be clean.

Here you can carry out research to benefit the entire crew. There are two ways to collaborate: use objects in the laboratory to unblock new research, or advance research that is already underway.

To use an object, the object must either be in the room you are in, or in your inventory.

A solitary person, even if they have the appropriate skills, will have difficulty successfully completing research. If you advance research more than once in a row, your efficiency will decrease. Working alternately with a crewmate is the key!

The Research Lab is an equipment located in the Laboratory. This is where you conduct research. Beware research can make you Icon Dirty. You cannot research while dirty. This station can be locked.

      • The research project becomes immediately available

    • You might become Icon Dirty unless you are wearing the Icon Stainproof Apron.
